    Our relationship starts with listening to you and understanding the gaps in your business that you are seeking to fill. Once we understand what the specifics of the role are, we discuss how StaffLogic operates and how we can help you. We discuss the estimated cost of your new team member, the applications and technology we use and the specifications of the role you need filled.

  • SOURCE

    Next, our operations team use a thorough and strategic recruitment process to unearth hidden talent. Our search is non-traditional and varied and utilises social media as well as our own extensive databases. The outcome for you is high performance, high quality educated workers … not a worker from a Manila call centre. We receive up to 100 applicants for our roles and rely on our recruitment expertise to screen these candidates successfully.

  • SCREEN

    The next stage is a complex, comprehensive resume-based screening procedure, where we shortlist candidates. We conduct initial verbal screenings, then our operations team undertake virtual interviews before we draw up a shortlist. Candidates take a written test and we comprehensively brief them about hours, salary and job expectations. Once a candidate has successfully passed these stringent screening processes, we submit them to the client. Once we’ve completed our reference checks, clients are able to undertake internal testing, if required, before making an offer.

  • SYSTEM

    When a candidate is successful and has accepted an offer, it’s all systems go. Our operations team give a ‘culture brief’, making sure there is a solid understanding so you can set up for success from the first day. Our operations team on the ground will assist you in setting up all the necessary cloud-based systems and make sure the successful applicant has a solid understanding of expectations and deliverables. Our operations team manage all the paperwork and communication.

  • SUPPORT

    Unlike other recruitment agencies, our support doesn’t end once the position is filled. Our operations team on the ground in the Philippines offer full support for both client and worker for the duration of employment and address any issues with quality control, time management or productivity issues … although incidents of these occurring after our stringent screening processes are few. We find our clients like to form their own relationships with employees, with a full understanding that we’re there for support if needed.
